Once you have signed up for your BULKING guide we will get a notification to send you a brief profile to complete and email back to us.
Each week, on your nominated day, we will send your BULKING information including tasks to complete. (The good news is all the tasks are about eating!). Every week builds on the last so over time you are growing your knowledge about food and nutrition to support your weight gain goals.
At week 6 we will arrange a time to Zoom or call. We'll check and see how you've progressed and answer any of your questions. We want to make sure you are on your path to BULKING greatness.
We have done the work for you, now you do the eating. Our 6-week programme takes you through all the steps needed to increase size. Weight gain can be a challenge for many young athletes but our BULKING programme will show you how to gain weight without the added expense of supplements (or eating in the night!). There are a few key 'must-do's' for increasing size and we will show you how to do this in our step-by-step approach. Once you have the eating skills and food knowledge in place you'll understand how easy weight gain can be. Each week we send you your own BULKING resources including tasks to complete. At the end of the programme we will arrange a time to connect and review your progress to ensure you have everything in place to continue on your pursuit for great size.
